How to activate the GOiN account?
To use GOiN platform you need an active account. To activate your new account, please follow the instruction in the email message we sent just after you fill the create your new account. If you lost or don't find the email we sent, you can request a new one. To do that, please find the Resend activation link web page link in the Log In web page or click here.
Note: please check your Inbox and Spam folders, our email message is delivered almost instantly. If you are still experiencing difficulties and you can not find the email to activate your account, please contact us via web chat or using contact form.
Why the activation step is requested?
The activation step is requested because we want to be sure that you are using a real email address when you create a new GOiN.mobi account. You need to use a real email address in order to receive from us important notifications regarding your activity with GOiN (e.g. when one of your Buddies will share you one or many GOiNs, you will be notified by email). The notification we'll send you are regarding your account security, transactions you made, GOiNs sharing and similar; we wil not send commercial email message, all the email message we'll send are specific and important for you!
Why is my GOiN account inactive?
Your account is inactive because:
- Because you just created it. To activate your new account, please follow the instruction in the email message we sent to you. Please check your Inbox and Spam folders, our email message is delivered instantly.
- You gave your GOiN account credentials to another person and we inactivate it. If this is the case we recommend you to contact us and evaluate if the reactivation is available for you.
